Overview
What is this project?
Designed and developed a complete immigration consultancy website for Dream Creator Visa Consultancy, a leading visa and immigration services firm based in SCO 35, Sector 71, Mohali, Punjab. The brief on this WordPress build was clear: a website that could compete for high-value "visa consultant near me" and country-specific immigration searches, not just look professional. The platform was built to establish a strong online brand presence, showcase their full range of visa services — Study, Work, Tourist, Business, Family, Visitor Visa, and PR — and generate qualified consultation leads from clients across Punjab and NRI communities worldwide. The site features an interactive appointment booking system, country-specific landing pages, customer testimonials, and an FAQ section to build trust and improve organic search visibility.
Business Challenge
What problem needed solving?
Dream Creator Visa Consultancy needed a professional online presence to compete in the highly competitive immigration consultancy market across Punjab and beyond, where dozens of visa consultants compete for the same local search terms. Without a structured website, they were losing high-intent clients searching for visa services online — people actively looking for a "Canada study visa consultant Mohali" or similar terms, ready to book a consultation. The site needed to clearly communicate their services for 10+ destination countries, earn trust from potential clients making a high-stakes decision about their immigration future, and convert visitors into consultation bookings — all while ranking well locally in Mohali and across Punjab-based immigration search terms.
Solution
How was it built?
Built a high-performance, mobile-responsive immigration website using WordPress and Elementor, with Slider Revolution for engaging hero banners that set a premium, trustworthy first impression. Developed 7 dedicated visa service pages (Study, Work, Tourist, Business, Family, Visitor, PR) and individual country landing pages for the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Gulf Countries, Schengen region, New Zealand, and Azerbaijan — each targeting the specific search terms a client would use for that destination. Integrated a multi-step online appointment booking form with country and service selection, live WhatsApp and phone CTAs so a high-intent visitor could reach the consultancy instantly, a structured FAQ section addressing common visa questions, and an optimised Google presence targeting local immigration consultancy keywords across Mohali, Chandigarh, and the wider Punjab region.
My Role & Responsibilities
What did I own on this project?
I ran this project from initial scoping through launch, working with the consultancy to structure their services (Study, Work, Tourist, Business, Family, Visitor, PR) into a clear page hierarchy and deciding which of their 10+ destination countries warranted a dedicated landing page. I built the full WordPress and Elementor site, configured Slider Revolution for the hero sections, built the multi-step appointment booking form, wrote the local SEO structure (schema markup, meta, internal linking) targeting Mohali and Punjab-region search terms, and handled Search Console setup after launch.
Technical Challenges
What broke, and how was it fixed?
Ten-plus country landing pages built around a similar visa-consultancy template carry the same duplicate-content risk as multi-city SEO — so each country page needed real, page-specific detail (visa categories relevant to that country, processing considerations, region-specific framing) rather than a templated swap. The multi-step booking form needed to capture service type and destination country without relying on a heavy form-builder plugin, so I built it with lean custom logic to keep the page fast. Slider Revolution is a notoriously heavy plugin for hero animations, so I had to tune image sizing and deferred loading carefully to stop it from undoing the SEO benefit of an otherwise well-structured site. On top of the duplicate-content and performance work, ranking for competitive immigration consultancy keywords also meant writing genuinely useful FAQ and service content that answered real client questions — thin, keyword-stuffed pages tend to rank worse than pages that actually help a visitor decide to book a consultation.
Results & Impact
What changed after launch?
Dream Creator Visa Consultancy went from no structured online presence to a full site with 7 service pages and 10+ country pages live, all indexed and targeting real immigration search terms. The new appointment booking channel replaced what had been phone-only enquiries, giving the consultancy a trackable, always-on way to capture leads outside business hours. The site launched with a local SEO foundation — schema markup, structured metadata, and authentic, non-templated country and service content — built to compete for Mohali and Punjab-region immigration search terms against established consultancies with a much longer online history.
Key Learnings
Heavy visual plugins like Slider Revolution can make a consultancy site feel premium, but they need deliberate performance tuning — otherwise they quietly cancel out the SEO gains from good page structure. For trust-driven services like immigration consulting, a site also has to earn credibility through genuinely useful content, not just polished design.
